In my previous post I mentioned a project I was working on. I created three compositions based on a quote: a strictly text-only piece, a strictly image-only piece, and a piece using both. The quote I chose is by the inspirational Christian Lacroix:
“Beauty is not a very well-balanced thing, it has to be disturbing and uncomfortable.”
My idea was to incorporate human teeth into the compositions, to make it morbidly overt that beauty is found in disturbing things. Despite being a little stiff in graphic design (I haven’t been active in it for over seven years), I’m pleased with how the end product turned out. Hope you guys like it too!

Awesome quote! It really makes you think of things beyond their face value…It also reminds me of another quote by Alexander McQueen: “I think there is beauty in everything. What ‘normal’ people would perceive as ugly, I can usually see something of beauty in it.”
I like your graphics, too. It’s pretty and appealing in the strangest ways…
