A bit over a year ago, Danielle and I went on a wild goose chase for a pile of logs. My boyfriend somehow convinced us to drive for an hour to an abandoned warehouse of some sort because he was certain he’d seen a large pile of logs there. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find out that said pile was not at all what he promised – they were piles of lumber. I knew this because I used to play TradeNations on my iPhone. I now play a cuter, sister version of TradeNations called Tiny Farm. This is irrelevant.

If you’re at all interested in that sad endeavour, you can read briefly about it here. The point is, a real pile of logs magically appeared on Danielle’s street. No goose chase required. So obviously, a photo op ensued because we have no lives and many cameras at our disposal. And we like piles of logs. Very much. Danielle even insisted we sit on them. We sat on them.

I don’t actually have much to say in this post, as you have probably noticed. I don’t live a particularly exciting life, contrary to popular belief. Somebody please be my friend. Thank you. Goodbye.
