As promised, here’s the final day of |FAT| Fashion & Arts Week, as told by me!!! Before I get into my actual post, here’s a photo of what my hair looks like now:
I am a unicorn. Moving forward…
The last day of |FAT| was an event full of glow-in-the-dark latex, gas masks, pope hats, nuns, and swimming caps. If that doesn’t make any sense to you, don’t fret for I didn’t quite understand it either. One thing I do know is the garments that walked the runway were absolutely fabulous/incredible/super weird in a good way. Here’s a few of my ready-to-wear favourites:

Brankopopovic and Pedram Karimi
I remember being in awe of how cool that first menswear outfit was. I nudged my boyfriend, “that’s the most badass raincoat ever!!!” and he replied with, “it looks like a garment bag,” completely killing my excitement because he was right. I can’t un-see it now. Sad face.
The second and third photo above highlights my absolute favourite dress from the entire event. Pedram Karimi is a god. The front of the dress is kept simple, elegant, and streamline. But then look at the stegosaurus back bump detail things!!! So cool.

Happy V. Andrada, Gardé Del Avante, and Artifice Clothing
The first dress above had these intricately folded origami pieces sporadically attached to it. How do people even come up with this stuff and why aren’t I that creative? The photo in the middle is a swimwear design by Gardé Del Avante that I loved. Please also take note of the sweet jewellery and makeup. Finally, yup. You are not mistaken. That is a latex Kimono. Enough said.
Here’s what I wore blah blah blah not as interesting:
